Who we are looking for

Candidates with 7-10 years experience in either Corporate Actions or Fund Accounting. Excellent organization and communication skills are necessary for the position.

What you will be responsible for

As an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Action Accounting team you will

  • Coordinate with the processing teams to ensure all daily deliverables are met
  • Provide guidance to the processing teams to ensure complex, nonstandard events are processed correctly
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators and overall performance of the processing teams
  • Communicate with clients as needed between inquiries and client presentations.
  • Work with audit firms to provide samples and answer inquiries on audits
  • Communicate with internal management teams across departments to ensure all teams have the information needed to complete daily Net Asset Value deliveries.
