An outstanding opportunity to join us as Senior Management Supporter for HR Technology and Bank User Solutions responsible for supporting the HR tech & BUS senior management team in all aspects of financial management and reporting, e.g. financial planning, forecasting, month-end, financial analyses. In this role will become part of a globally located team that provides financial support to the Information Technology department. Your responsibilities include oversight and control of all aspects of the monthly P&L management, the preparation and review of forecasts on a monthly basis, the preparation of financial reports and materials for the monthly business reviews. You will drive financial planning activities resulting in the annual budget and provide ongoing financial advisory and support, e.g. business case reviews.

Your tasks:
  • Support in Business Case saves validation:
  • obtaining data from project managers
  • calculating of planned saves according to existing contracts in place
  • validating of realized saves vs business case planned saves
  • Support in monthly Forecasting process:
  • reviewing and validating of data with resource and business managers prior to submission
  • tracking of monthly actuals vs forecast/budget and assisting with commentaries for those movements
  • Assistance in month end process:
  • managing of purchase order related contracts to ensure correct finance view
  • supporting with accruals/reclasses calculation where necessary (for example in case of missing purchase order on existing service)
  • Assistance in Monthly Business Review process:
  • support in providing finance N3/N4 decks
  • review finance data with clients
  • Assistance in Budget Planning:
  • collection and consolidation of departmental demand from various systems and individuals
  • collaborating with business and finance teams for data reviews
  • managing the allocation of budget into individual department

Your skills and experience

You’ll be a good match, if you have:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience with emphasis in finance, budgeting and forecasting.
  • University degree in accounting or finance with sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure
  • Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding communication in English, interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and obtain new knowledge and experience.
