You will be a part of a professional team that provides accounting and tax services to a diverse range of international clients, providing support to a group of our dedicated employees, as well to our Manager.

You will be able to oversee how A&T in different industries functions A-Z, and will be supported for growth by more senior member of the team and the TMF Business Academy curriculum in a motivating work environment with lots of flexibility, freedom, and personal responsibility, flat hierarchies with direct contact to management and international exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Manager in coaching and inspiring team members
• Check the workload, planning, and productivity of each team member
• Manage full client’s portfolio through expertise and team management in close collaboration with the team:
• Global review of the firm’s clients' accounts
• Review of periodical reporting’s and annual accounts;
• Review of VAT & tax returns;
• Review of reporting’s according to Belgian Standards or IFRS understands;
• Coordination and follow up client audits;
• Manage the customer relationship and expectations, handle complaints/escalations to ensure regular communication to maintain a good relationship with all customers;
• Preparation of commercial services offers (fee proposals)
• Coordinates the onboarding of new clients
• Based on his/her deep knowledge of procedures and systems he drives standardisation and process improvements
• Act as a point of reference and expertise for his team

About you

• Dutch and or French-speaking with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2);
• Bachelor in Accounting - Master in Tax or equivalent
• Member or trainee of the ITAA (Belgian Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants);
• At least 5 years of experience in outsourcing firms or multinational environments;
• At least 2 years of experience in coaching junior staff members and managing team members
