KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, CFA , or similar accounting body
- Prior working experience in Audit Firms.
- Should have significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
- Should have quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities
- Should have more than 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Ability to motivate staff and excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis of the assigned Business Unit.
- Responsible for managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process. Analyzing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior years.
- Responsible for Working Capital Management of the assigned Business Unit
- Ensure Financial Controls of the assigned Business Unit
- Monitor and report Monthly, Quarterly and Annual KPIs results against Budget/Latest Estimates to the respective SBU stakeholders and senior management
- Provide Business Finance Support to the assigned Business Unit
- Provide reliable support to the finance and operational management for commercial & business decision making
