General Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with monthly/quarterly financial closing and reporting
2. Support monthly and quarterly closing activities by preparing ledger reports, journal entries and ledger checks
3. Assisting in summarizing results and reporting key variances
4. Put together / consolidate power points as needed.
5. Work on ad-hoc requests to support the teams which include generating reports and preparing presentations
6. Collaborate with others across the Finance team, gaining exposure to the various areas of the business they support
7. Validate data from multiple sources and ensure the integrity and accuracy of the same
8. Willingness to learn and develop new skills
9. Identify and help to correct root cause problems that are currently driving manual corrections in the system
10. EMEA/LATAM Maintain core regional reports e.g. Depts, Headcount, Pipeline
11. EMEA/LATAM Travel metrics
12. EMEA/LATAM iProcurement metrics/high value purchase report
Routine: 6 hours per day (5 days a week)
