Client Details
Our client is a US Manufacturing Company who focusing on manufacturing on fabrics related products. With over 10, 000 employees over the world, and well-structured Finance team with different regions. They are now seeking for an AP Associate to join the team to cope with new business plan in the new year.
Description
- Process daily AP operation
- Prepare payments and keep track of expenditures
- Process month-end closing and reconciliations on Accounts Payable and Inventory
- Provide support and coordinate with the operation & business teams across overseas offices
- Respond to all vendor & stakeholder's enquiries
- Handle month-end closings, prepare monthly aging reports and other AP analysis, financial reporting, and reconciliation
- Take up ad hoc assignment or projects
Profile
- Degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- JD Edwards and/or SAP experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of trading company accounting, manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
- A responsible and self-motivated individual with good communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Positive mindset, passionate, good team player & possess good communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
- Multinational company accounting and finance experience is a plus
- SAP experience/implementation experience is a plus.
- US-GAAP knowledge is an advantage
