A leading player in the retail industry, it provides world-class merchandise and is one of the fastest growing retailers. As part of the expansion plans in their local operations, they are currently looking for an Accountant, AR & GL.

about the job

Reporting to the General manager, you will be responsible for leading the accounting team with a focus on accounts receivable. You will also handle the month-end closing matters and review monthly management accounts to ensure accurate management reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities. You will liaise with tax and audit agents to ensure statutory compliance.

skills and experience required

You should ideally have a Degree in Accounting and have at least 6 years of relevant working experience. You are passionate about leading a team and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You should be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX/ACCPAC/Microsoft Office. You are comfortable working in the East.
