The Role

As a Regulatory Reporting Accountant, you’ll be part of a team with responsibility for the preparation of regulatory reports for multiple entities. You’ll build strong relationships with other finance teams to support with relevant knowledge, resolve regulatory issues and drive continuous improvement.

You will contribute to the production of Solvency II Pillar 3 reporting, SFCR and RSR. You’ll use sound judgement to recommend the required accounting treatment for significant and complex transactions. Using your investigation skills, you will identify and report on unusual movements in premiums claims and expenses for specific risk countries as required. 

A dynamic and varied role which will face off with a number of stakeholders including senior leadership teams.

What you'll need

Must haves
• Qualified accountant CIMA/ACA/ACCA
• Strong technical knowledge & understanding of financial reporting standards
• Be confident manipulating and analysing large volumes of data

Nice to haves
• Experience of working in, or auditing, a large service organisation with experience of group reporting functions
