Manager - Finance & Operation
Job Responsibilities
• Possess strong knowledge in financial analysis and reporting and propose insightful business decision.
• Provide complete, accurate and time management reporting and analysis to senior management.
• Timely submission of monthly and quarterly financial reports, cash flow and management reports to group finance.
• Timely completion of annual audit and tax filing.
• Lead budget, forecast, cash flow planning & monitoring.
• Ensure timely prepare customer invoices & vendors payments.
• Process Improvement and automation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Group Tax, Group Legal, Group Secretary and Group Treasury, banks and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE
Minimum Requirement
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Investment or equivalent to the field with professional accountancy qualification (i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ ICAEW/CFA)
• At least 8 years of experience with minimum 4 years' business partnering role and team lead role.
