Purpose of the role:

As an Accountant at EY, you would have the great opportunity to grow professionally at very fast pace being part of our accounting compliance and reporting team. You will support our clients in managing their accounting and tax obligations effectively and enhancing their compliance with the applicable legislation.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - External

Responsibilities:

• Analyze economic transactions of the clients’ entities and input accounting entries
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and management reports for leading domestic and foreign companies in diverse industrial
• Participate in the preparation of all other statutory required reports
• Communicate with the tax and other government authorities
• Keep yourself updated with the changes in the accounting and tax legislation
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating other team members on progress.

What skills and knowledge are required:

• University degree of Accounting/Economics
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with specialized accounting software systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills.
