Junior Finance Data Analyst - Transparency reporting

The Research & Development (R&D) Monitoring and Reporting Team is responsible for the data collection, tracking, monitoring, and reporting of payments and other transfers of value to Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs).

The processes currently in place helps to ensure that GSK can comply with international transparency reporting regulations and internal requirements.

In this position you will be responsible for a financial compliance reporting, a transparency reporting and reviewing invoices on a general ledger regarding the HCP and HCOs standards.

In this role you will…

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies/processes and external regulations of contracts with and payments to external experts, healthcare professionals and healthcare related organizations, for R&D, Biological and other GSK entities
  • Provide internal and external customer support as needed to facilitate the conduct of business
  • Interact with other areas within and outside GSK in support of business transactions
  • Maintain database of payments and supplemental information to meet all state reporting, regulatory and management reporting requirements
  • Escalate non-compliance issues according to GSK policies and procedures
  • Identify, recommend and assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives designed to simplify processes in support of contracting, payment and reporting of work with external experts and healthcare related organizations

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Finance degree or degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or applied science required
  • Previous experience on relevant analytics positions
  • Strong computer skills and a solid working knowledge of General Ledger applications and software applications designed for data analysis and reporting.
  • Previous experience with accounts payable payment processes or finance/accounting qualifications highly desired
  • Excellent customer service skills to allow for interaction with various levels of staff internally and externally
  • Prior experience with SAP is a plus
  • Fluent English (minimum C1)

The current and future success of the New GSK and New CH business is due in large part to the talent that resides in each organization.
