ACCOUNT AND FINANCE EXECUITVE

Job Description 
 Responsibilities 

• Posting entries, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, and handling bookkeeping and accounts closing matters of the company.
• Producing accounting reports, analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.
• Participate in financial forecasting.
• Assisting in financial statements and producing budgets.
• Assisting with tax audits and tax returns.
• Liaising with external auditors, company secretary and tax agent.
• Handling payments (such as salary, claims, and other payment equivalents by company).
• Assisting in preparation of monthly cash flows and bank reconciliation.
• Handling full set of accounts, either independently or with accountant’s assistance.
• Ensure application and compliance of internal controls and operating procedures.
• Handle administrative matters of the Department.
• Performing ad hoc tasks or other assignments when required by The Management.

Requirement

•  Candidate shall possess at least LCCI or Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or certificate equivalent qualification. Added advantage for candidates pursuing or already have Professional Qualification such as ACCA.
• Good understanding of principles and procedures of bookkeeping and basic accounting.
• Knowledge of AutoCount accounting system or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office packages.
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good team player, attention to detail, ability to multitask, strong organization skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in audit or accounting field.
• Ability to work independently and flexible with a good attitude.
