Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Corporate Actions Client Service Officer to provide subject matter client facing support within Global Service Delivery department based in Edinburgh.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of State Street’s Global Corporate Actions for custody products in accordance with defined service levels for key custody and middle office clients.
Working in a global team, the candidate will liaise with State Street colleagues and clients across multiple time zones.

What you will be responsible for
As Corporate Actions Client Service Officer you will responsible for;
- Ensuring client inquiries are resolved and escalated as needed, review aged inquiries to ensure appropriate and timely resolution in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Lead and participate in client calls and complete reporting tasks within the assigned timeframes.
- Consistently meet individual productivity benchmarks and turnaround targets.
- Communicate with colleagues and managers regularly on all aspects of the client experience including service feedback and product requests.
- Support client product and enhancement requests,
- Provide escalation support for issue resolution with clients and internal groups.
