Job description
You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail as you’ll have a dedicated portfolio. You will be responsible for their day to day accounting and financial operations ensuring tax and legal requirements are met while preparing bank instructions, execute invoices payments, and monitor deptors.
You will join the Legal, Accounting and Administrative Account Officers assisting with the preparation of financial reporting and the closing processes. This will include monthly/quarterly reporting packages, annual accounts, preparing the VAT and tax returns and computation of tax provisions.
You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, banks and other external parties, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions also ensuring we meet our legal and contractual requirements.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Level of education: degree/University (Accountancy/ Business Administration)
- Excellent communication (English) – French is an advantage
- Knowledge of local GAAP or IFRS
- Computer skills: experience with MS Office (mainly Excel, but also Word and Outlook), Windows and Exact (pre).
