Finance Process Mapping Consultant #730

Our partner is a prominent organisation in international development. They approached us to support them in identifying a consultant. The scope of the role will be to:
- Review and undertaking a process mapping exercise of the state of finance processes, activities and tasks, providing a graphical representation/map of these, working with the senior management team to understand the issues and offer recommendations on improvements (such as where there’s duplication and opportunities for automation).
- Provide some coaching to their FM on the principals of strong internal controls; the FM has theoretical knowledge, but would benefit in understanding their importance in the context of BOND’s work.
It is anticipated that the entire piece should take around 10 days in total. They are flexible how this time is spread, however, would like the individual able to start working in early August. It is essential that the consultant is a qualified accountant.
