Do you have a strong interest in managing relationships with regulators and managers in support of our strategic priorities?

We are looking for a Regulatory Relations Manager to:

• coordinate regulatory examinations, including advising on information requests before and during the examinations, and ensuring regular status updates to management and governance forums
• implement our strategic approach to managing interactions with US banking regulators
• coordinate meetings with regulators and stakeholders, effectively preparing and advising management and the Board of Directors for such engagements and ensuring follow up action items are addressed promptly and clearly
• track regulatory feedback and requests and promote understanding and coordination around regulatory expectations
• coordinate with global regulatory managers, including submitting relevant US updates for global meetings and information reports and provide US input to globally coordinated efforts
• proactively identify trends in regulatory requests and discussions and raise them to senior, regional, and regulatory relationship management
• consistently engage with and develop action plans to keep the regulators informed of our response to regulatory concerns
• develop and provide training to business functions and management on regulatory risks and expectations

Your team
Regulatory Affairs US serves to lead and manage our relationships with our US regulators in support of our strategic objectives. We are looking for a Regulatory Manager to join the US prudential regulatory affairs team, with a strong interest in supporting our strategic priorities by ensuring structured and effective engagement with regulators and internal stakeholders in response to evolving regulatory objectives.

Your expertise
• ideally 3+ years' experience in the financial services industry; preferably including work experience at a US federal banking agency or in a bank or bank holding company's finance, risk control, compliance, or internal audit department
• strong project management and leadership skills
• ability to build and establish networks across various involved organizational units as well as with regulatory authorities
• excellent communication skills, both written and oral, which enhance your ability to interact in a professional manner
• extremely organized, focused and detail-orientated, able to always deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame
• approachable in the workplace, always showing commitment and striving for excellence
• ability to work under pressure whilst juggling multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
