Key responsibilities

• Understand the required operations scope (for new clients or upgrading of existing clients) or review system migration intention (where applicable)
• Provide system demos to clients, advise clients on system features/functionality.
• Prepare project plan.
• Facilitate project kick-off meeting for the projects to explain the structure of the implementation team, the implementation process, the project timeframe and the standard practices and procedures.
• Manage the configuration of the application based on the Business Unit requirements and standards for Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Leave, Claims, Appraisal, Self-Service and System Administration.
• Develop the required test plan, test scripts and user testing of system functionality, enhancements, custom interfaces, reporting tools and conversion programs.
• Perform testing and monitor the UAT progress
• Manage and document project issue resolution.
• Ensure pro-active and productive communication with clients and the operations team. Project status must be provided at critical/strategic milestone.

Key requirements

• At least a good diploma in IT and any related disciplines is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience in HRIS project, transformation/migration or experience with payroll processing is advantageous.
• Team Player, meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiatives at work.
• Good spoken and written communication.
