The company is recruiting a Compliance BP who will be in charge of day-to-day compliance relevant works within a business unit. Also, this role will take the responsibilities of compliance related training and communication within and cross all functions.

Description
- Decently understand compliance requirements and risks within the relevant business unit (BU). Proactively make plans to the potential risks.
- Supports Business Partners with day to day compliance supports. Evaluate commercial business activities from compliance angle. Ensure the transparency of payment, process, document completeness.
- Conduct review and analysis on commercial business projects and provide compliance related feedback to business partners in time.
- Update and optimize compliance handbook in time with upgrades in compliance procedures, guidance and other related documents.
- Design and deliver training plans to the relevant business unit.
- In charge of overall compliance training within the BU and tracking the learning process as well as conduct analysis on training data and find improvement points.
Profile
- At least 4-8 years of compliance experience in the health care industry. Or pure big 4ers from risk assurance/ advisory group with M level and above as well as have decent project experience and knowledge in the health care industry.
- Solid and outstanding technical skills in compliance, great business sense and good analytic skills.
- Anti pressure, has good command of English.
