AMW Capital Leasing currently comprises of 22 branches and is in the process of expanding its network to serve our customers better

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of the operations of Fixed Deposits and FD mobilization strategy of the Company.
• Formulate strategies in order to increase our FD base aligning with our key Corporate targets.
• Ensure excellent Customer service at all levels of operations whilst maintaining regulatory protocols.
• Responsible for identifying process improvements, implementing timely FD procedures that enhances our service standards while ensuring our customers are serviced to maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all FD related matters and transactions.
• Strategize and implement plans to manage liquidity gaps in the Company.
• Develop and design Fixed deposit products that suits different market segments and consumer demand.
• Timely payment of interest and maintain strong relationships with depositors.

Key Requirements

• Should possesses a recognized degree in finance, marketing or management and/or a professional qualification from a recognized body.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the finance sector in a similar capacity.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills to drive a team of young professionals.
