The successful incumbent is involved in the Procure-To-Pay cycle particularly Accounts Payable processes and functions which include payment execution to suppliers. This role need to be accurately process all invoices on timely manner, in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Promptly perform GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) reconciliation and daily/monthly closing activities.
This position will also provide a centralized, key role in the successful interaction between Procurement team and vendors to ensure efficiency in payment. These are critical services which will bring significant implications in business performance & service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and follow up on the invoices within agreed timescale. Posting accuracy 100% Monitor & follow up Parked Invoice with escalation to A2. Responsible and accountable all invoices are cleared within 2 WD before WD-3. Attend queries from Query Team. Ensuring appropriate internal controls in place. Validate & ensure accuracy of the automated invoice posting (supplier portal & OCR Tool) Support back up plan & ad-hoc tasks. Support and execute continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to streamline existing accounts payable processes. Perform analysis & trouble shoot exceptions to drive KPI results. Responsible & accountable on issue resolution for daily operation Assist in process improvement for AP projects when it is needed. Constantly providing feedback towards AP Process with improvement idea.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Field Degree with 2 to 4 years of AP experience Good command of verbal and written English & Mandarin Able to handle tight deadlines and work independently
Desired Skills:
- Experienced in using SAP system Experienced in leading or supporting process improvement projects
