Executive, Accounts & Treasury (NMB)
1.Prepare month/year end closing of accounts.
2.Review general ledger accounts and ensure they are charged accurately to all the department/cost centres.
3.Update and monitor monthly Balance Sheet schedules.
4.Prepare monthly group reporting packages.
5.Prepare monthly financial reports.
6.Prepare quarterly related party transactions.
7.Attend to internal/ external audits queries.
8.Prepare inter-companies reconciliation.
9.Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
10.Monitor cash flow requirement of the Company and placement of excess funds to maximise returns.
11.Responsible for safekeeping of petty cash and ensure reimbursement of petty cash is in accordance to Company policies. In charge the full set of accounts, tax matter and treasury function of an investment holding company
