TMF COLOMBIA is looking for a bilingual O2C Specialist - Billing, with at least 2 years of experience in Financial areas, billing and Excel to work in hybrid modality from Bogotá, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

  • This person will be part of the Invoicing team and will take care of billing activities for TMF’s clients
  • Assist and prepare client and internal billing processes, invoice validation and approval wherever applicable, support on debtor coordination activities
  • Monitor financial aspects in contracts (wherever applicable) to ensure billing is in line with agreed contracts
  • Establish and maintain relationship with respective TMF Local offices & other group functions by serving as a single point of contact for all billing related matter for clients
  • Submit invoices (wherever applicable) clients through email/ client portal
  • Maintain and publish MIS information on regular intervals with all the relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to perform other duties as required by business needs

Key Requirements:

  • University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Financial areas, and preferable on Shared Service Centers/ BPM/ BPO’s
  • General knowledge and understanding of contract setup and maintenance. Experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable will be preferred
  • Person should be able to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Experience with data entry, high level of accuracy and assertiveness
  • Ability to complete a variety of related task and pro-actively problem solving
  • Facility to effectively prioritize and manage deadlines and understand new ideas and concepts quickly
  • Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essentials
  • Exposure to ERP’s like Dynamics, Oracle will be preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High command of English (both verbal and written)
