Accounts Manager

Supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities of the team
Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information
Provide guidance to the team to Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles ae followed all across the clients
Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audits of clients
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure appropriate practices are followed to improve efficiency and internal processes
Ensure that the quality of client service delivery is maintained and constantly review to improvise the quality of deliverables
Recruit and hire new employees
