Looking for an ACCA affiliate with 0-3 Years experience.
- Supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities
- Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information
- Manage the team and provide guidance wherever needed
- Manage client requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Oversee the daily operations of the client’s accounting including:
- Month and Year-End Process
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Receipts & Payments
- General Ledger
- Payroll and Utilities
- Revenue and Expenditure
- Fixed Asset accounting
- Account Reconciliations
- Other requirements [Business/Client Specific]
- Assign tasks and direct staff to ensure appropriate accounting practices is established
- Align team performance to Organizational Goals
- Training, Appraisals, Career Planning
- Coordinate and complete annual audits of clients
Required
- Relevant experience as team manager in F&A domain
- Capable of handling team of 5-10 members
- Effective communication skills (both speaking and writing)
- Good multi-tasking, problem solving, interpersonal skills
- Long term service commitment
