Senior Accountant/Accountant

• Responsibilities:

• To handle the full set of accounts including month end closing and accounting schedules;
• To assist in preparing consolidation, financial and management reports;
• To prepare reconciliations of bank accounts and inter-company accounts;
• To work closely with the finance team of PRC subsidiaries to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely;
• To handle daily accounting operations, as well as office administration work;
• To liaise with professionals for audit and taxation matters; and
• To perform ad hoc assignments as requested.

•  Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder preferably in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or finalist;
• Minimum 3-4 years accounting/auditing experiences in an all-rounded accounting function is highly preferred;
• Strong financial analytical mind and good business sense, understanding in PRC GAAP and HKFRS is a must;
• Hands-on experience in consolidation of financial statements with tight deadline will be an asset;
• Outgoing, independent, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work under pressure;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Occasional travel to PRC is required;
• Immediately available will be an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Accountant.
