As part of your role as a Cloud Accounting & Outsourcing Senior you will work collaboratively with a portfolio of clients, becoming an extension on their in-house team, providing real time accountancy support using the latest cloud-based technologies. This will include maintaining real time accounting records, reconciling balance sheet control accounts, providing reports to clients, managing payment runs and automated credit control services and preparing VAT returns. You will be supported by dedicated AAT assistants and will be responsible for co-ordinating and reviewing their work as well as completing period end working papers throughout the year. In addition as providing outsourced finance function support to your clients, you will also be communicating with HMRC and really gaining a full insight into the world of accountancy and systems.

In terms of qualifications, we want to ensure we are offering the best service to our customers and the same goes for our people. As a Senior, you can be either QBE, AAT qualified, working towards your ACCA or qualified. Post qualification, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and also steps towards staff management. Mentorship and coaching will continue to support you as your journey continues beyond formal qualifications.
