Manager, Tax & Advisory (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Handle tax compliance work review on monthly tax return and annual tax on income return and manage the entire process from preparation to submission
• Handle tax advisory assignments such as tax audit, transfer pricing, tax planning, tax due diligence, tax ruling letter application, and etc
• Liaise with tax authorities on tax related issues
• Build close relationships and interact with clients to provide advice to client’s tax related issues  
• Maintains effective communication with clients
• Motivate, develop and mentor staff
• Involve in work process flow review with management team by developing or implementing best practice
• Actively play a role in promoting the firm's growth and culture

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and/or professional qualification in accounting or taxation
• Minimum 4-6 years relevant working experience, with 1-2 years of managerial experience (for manager level)
• Proficient in written and spoken in both Chinese and English language
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.)
