About the job
You will be responsible for driving process optimisation, leading, identifying and improving process automation, expense and cost ratios, reducing turnaround time and error. You will design, implement and improvement on customer experience management. You will work closely with various business stakeholders to gather and review requirements for robotics process automation (RPA), system implementation and improves process efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and experience required
Degree in Accounting/Finance/any accounting related qualifications with at least 5 years of experience in finance operations and finance transformation/process improvement ideally in the insurance industry. In order to succeed, you should possess strong stakeholder management skills, and strong project management experience.
