Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting functional analysis interviews and industry research.
- Conducting benchmarking studies and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
- Assistance in reviewing and recommending planning opportunities for clients.
- Review of intercompany agreements or relevant internal documents of clients for compliance and risk mitigation purposes.
- Assistance on transfer pricing audits and support on Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP).
- Work on cross-border transfer pricing projects with ANC’s international network of firms.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines such as Accounting & Finance / Economics or equivalent.
- Preferably a member of ACCA.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work with others and share responsibilities. Meticulous with strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
- Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience.
- Self-motivated, strong technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Tax Software.
