Job Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Malaysian tax compliance requirements for both corporate and individuals.
- Lead teams in completing special tax assignments and advisory projects.
- To prepare and oversee the preparation of income tax returns and income tax computation assignments on a timely basis.
- To manage tax compliance portfolio with the ability to prioritize and organize workload.
- To liaise and communicate effectively with clients and the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) on tax issues
- Ability to motivate, develop and mentor junior associates.
- Actively involve in activities that promote the firm's growth and culture.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines such as Accounting & Finance / Economics or equivalent.
- Preferably a member of ACCA.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work with others and share responsibilities. Meticulous with strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience.
- Self-motivated, strong technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Tax Software.
