How will I help?

As a Business Analyst within the Financial Crime, Compliance and Conduct Business Unit you will be required to identify, understand capture and align business requirements from various business stakeholders and translate to functional requirements that can be implemented to achieve and optimise business outcomes.

You will be interacting with multiple business users e.g. regulatory policy teams and project teams to implement the systems changes, identify opportunities for improvements of existing processes, as well as provide guidance to business users and stakeholders on new opportunities and service improvements. Other key responsibilities include:
  • Facilitating discussion on change related risks to the programs and stakeholders
  • Capturing business requirements in Governance, financial crime and the risk and compliance domains
  • Understanding and document current business processes and suggest improvements, optimisations where feasible.
  • Work and run workshops with stakeholders at various levels to implement and govern execution of new and modified business processes.
  • Ensuring BAU project activities (Scope, Schedule, Cost) are managed through the BAO change governance process.

What do I need?

You will have strong Business Analysis experience having worked on large and complex programs of work within the finance industry (or any other highly regulated environment). You'll have a good understanding of AGILE and Project Management tools including JIRA and Confluence and experience in developing documentation and delivering against project/change management methodologies. Experience within financial crime is highly advantageous.

In addition, you will an energetic, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will also have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to develop and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across the team, division and wider group.
