Job Purpose:

Supervisor Accountant supports, and in conjunction with the A&T Managers, manages a team of staff, ensuring that the provision of all client work for the portfolio is delivered on time and to a high standard in order to meet productivity targets.

You will be able to oversee how accounting in different industries functions A-Z, and will be supported for growth by the team and the TMF Business Academy curriculum in a motivating work environment with lots of flexibility, freedom, and personal responsibility, flat hierarchies with direct contact to management and international exchange.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage, coach, evaluate and motivate team members, train team members in accordance with company policies and ensure internal procedures are followed;
Manage the Associate’s work on the firm’s client portfolio:
  • Keeping the firm’s clients' accounts
  • Preparation of monthly and/or annual accounts
  • The preparation of tax returns;
  • Reporting according to French Standards or IFRS Understands ;
  • Manage the customer relationship, handle complaints and ensure regular communication to maintain a good relationship with all customers;
  • Participate to the commercial offers

Job specific requirements:

  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2);
  • Degree in Economics , Finance or Accounting, or a comparable level achieved through exposure and experience;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in outsourcing firms or multinational;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in coaching junior staff members and managing team members
