Treasury Supervisor - Hybrid Working

Description

The Treasury Supervisor - Hybrid Working will be responsible for:

• Cash management for different companies belonging to the group
• Support weekly forecasting activities
• Monitor and manage companies' weekly net cash position
• Perform timely multi-currency payment runs (i.e. vendors, taxes, money transfers, refunds)
• Manages E-banking portals and maintain bank relationships
• Monitors and investigates charge-backs & payment disputes
• Maintaining the general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Manages corporate credit cards
• Supports the monthly accounting close cycle in accordance with internal controls, procedures and deadlines
• Executes various ad hoc tasks as and when requested

Profile

The Treasury Supervisor - Hybrid Working will possess the following:

• Experience of working as a Treasury Supervisor in a fast paced, commercial environment
• Is familiar with the different payment methods and providers in the consumer market
• An eye for detail and comfortable with the enforcement of strong internal controls / fraud prevention
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to build positive relationships
• Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
• Relevant experience in a similar role of cash management and familiarity with monthly and year-end closures
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of complex accounting systems and reporting applications - Oracle Netsuite and Shopify are a plus;
• Microsoft Excel skills
