Finance Systems Manager

Your role
Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you have the know-how for analyzing problems?

We're looking for someone like that to help us with the support of the Insight Report Library, including system changes and system maintenance. In this role, you will:

• co-ordinate with a small team of colleagues in APAC who provide user support (Helpdesk) and assist with inventory management and reporting
• be the escalation point for system issues and resolution
• conduct system demonstrations and training for users
• manage system updates by understanding requests for new functionality, specifying change requirements, working closely with the IT development team on the monthly release cycle, and providing UAT / release support
• manage the security including user access, and scanning of reports to identify those containing client identifying data
• drive disciplined maintenance / use of the reporting inventory to provide report transparency and support report rationalization
• communicate reporting inventory mandates and system changes to RAS Services / Teams

Your team
Based out of Nashville, you will work in the Service Line Management team. We are part of the Reporting & Analytical Services (RAS) team and sit within the Finance stream of our Group Functions Division.

The RAS organization produce and distribute best in class reporting products and analysis that enable compliance and confident decision-making. We are a team of circa 250 staff based across the UK, Switzerland, Americas and APAC regions.

The RAS Service Line Management team in Nashville own and run the Insight Report Library system which provides report storage and distribution globally. The Insight Report Library has over 10,000 users globally and there are over 23,000 report files uploaded each month.

Your expertise
• ideally a Business / Finance degree or international equivalent
• ideally 4+ years of work experience in finance or project management
• excellent communication & interpersonal skills to engage with all levels and teams
• strong problem solving and decision making skills
• self-motivated and comfortable working independently on multiple assignments, with the ability to look ahead, anticipate and manage around challenges
• articulate and able to question the status-quo, striving for process improvements
• experience with the MS suite - particularly Excel
