Page Personnel are working with an exciting company based in Altrincham, recruiting a Sales Ledger Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of working in credit, accounts or administration.
Description
As a Sales Ledger Administrator, you will report into the Management Accountant, responsible for assisting with the processing of sales invoices.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: deliver cash receipting and ledger KPIs; recoveries administration; workload planning and prioritisation; prepare for an input into monthly ledger reviews; manage daily banking and cash allocation process; timely query resolution; manage the sales ledger to ensure accurate bad debt reporting.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have knowledge of working in an accounting/credit/administrative environment - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
