Overview of the job
Analytics and Insights (A&I) will directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments, and much more.
We use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it & how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and good research.
You'll be answering questions like: What should our brands stand for? Who are our target shoppers and how do we best reach them? How can we invent exciting in-store & on-line shopper experiences?
This is an outstanding opportunity to obtain insights through a fast-moving consumer goods company.
Your team
This role reports to Category Analytics & Insights Leader.
How success looks like
Our assignments offer you the chance to create an immediate impact on the business, while you continue to build your analytical, technical and leadership skills.
You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business. Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities of the role
- Set up dashboards and tracking systems to enable the business to identify growth opportunities efficiently and effectively
- Learn and develop mastery in technical capabilities and analysis approaches
- Identify growth opportunities on the business, or potential issues in existing business and recommend specific plans
- Work closely with the multifunctional partners to develop winning strategies, communication, and marketing plans
- Translate consumer expertise to enable customer team leaders and help brands win at retail.
Qualifications
Role Requirements
- Bachelor/master's degree in any fields with an excellent academic background
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant IT experience
- Experience in programming and analytics
- Experience in using PowerBI and Tableau
- Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership, have strong analytical thinking skills
- Curious individuals who can make complex decisions using all the data available but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
