Missions

• Monthly Closing process
  * Accurately reported financial information on a monthly basis to Inspired Finance
  * General ledger oversight
  * Internal Controls systems oversight & development
  * Tax : VAT, CIT
  * Banking, payment authorization and overall cash management
  * Budget and forecasting process
  * Ad hoc reporting to Group on specific budget lines
  * Weekly report for the Board (with Principal)
  * Weekly Maintenance & Capex monitoring
  * Approval of all expenses and projects on time
  * Submit Capex requests and follow up on budget
  * Coordinate with all operational department (catering company, Maintenance, Housekeeping, IT Contractor, Admissions & Marketing, Transport Department)
  * Member of the H&S committee
  * Help drive make decisions with the Principal when necessary
  * Help define and implement strategic vision
  * Set up policies & follow up on their implementation (data protection, health & safety, safer recruitment,
  governance)
  * Maintain relationships with partners and various stakeholders
