Payroll Specialist (28 hours)

I am supporting a well-established business who are based in Hatfield and seeking a capable Payroll Specialist to join them for this permanent and part-time opportunity for 4 days per week. You will work remotely 2 days per week and join a supportive Payroll Department and wider finance department.

Client Details

The client are a business specialising within the electrical space and due to their growth now seek a Payroll Specialist for 4 days per week. Reporting into the Payroll Manager you will provide end-to-end payroll support including performing manual calculations on Maternity, Commission and be experienced in Payroll reconciliations.

Description

- Responsible for processing the end-to-end payroll within set timelines

- Query resolution, pay disputes

- Accurate processing of statutory payments and deductions

- Pension deductions and auto-enrolment

- Management Payment and Admin requests

- Production of monthly MI to the finance team

Profile

The successful candidate will be available and keen to work a part-time position (28 hours, 4 days per week). You will be experienced in the duties listed above and have knowledge of VLookUps and Pivot tables which are used in the daily workings of this role.
