Our client based in Exeter are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time, ongoing temporary basis. Our client is a government run business who assist with the visa and immigration process, with a firm emphasis on national security.

Description

As the Customer Service Administrator your key responsibilities will be:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Resolving queries
  • Processing transactions
  • Distribute information
  • Support line management with additional admin when required
  • Liaise with internal and external clients
  • Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts
