Head of Finance / Financial Director

Head of Finance / Financial Director required for highly successful Small to Medium sized multi-site business who continue to expand through acquisition and organic growth
Whilst reporting to and working closely with the CFO the Head of Finance / Financial Director will have oversight and ownership for the finance and commercial functions and will play an integral role in taking the business through a sustained period of growth.
Accountabilities and day to day responsibilities include:
Management and development of the Finance Team, leading and driving the bids and tenders including pricing and negotiating of contracts, Oversight and management of P&L, taking the lead on budgeting and forecasting, investment appraisal, development of KPI's, end to end ownership of Management and financial reporting including Month end packs along with relevant commentary and actions, oversight of Payroll through the payroll team leader, ongoing systems and process improvements to ensure controls remain strong and can accommodate future growth. And ad-hoc project work.
