The Junior Finance Business Partner role will be working with key senior stakeholders across the organisation to advise on management decision making and deliver succinct management reporting to specific areas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to both budget holders and other senior finance staff to deliver management information
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets for the department
- Deliver monthly management accounts
- Producing various reporting for budget holders to help decision making
- Work towards monthly financial reporting including P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly forecasting
- Assist in the outsourced payroll function ensuring accurate posting of information
- Provide variance analysis and commentary on financial performance of department
- A part or fully qualified accountant (if part qualified, keen to continue studies - Study Support Package available)
- Experience of working with budgets and forecasting
- A strong communicator ideally with experience of working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver financial information
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
