The Client A multinational client of ours based in Dublin 4 is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their Supply Chain team. Our client is a leading multinational in manufacturing-technology space. The role is a permanent position. The Job As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will identify business opportunities and creative solutions to complex problems. Your data-driven approach and communication skills will make you successful in convincing senior management and other organizations of the benefits of your strategies. Responsibilities Working collaboratively with Customer Operations, coordinate the supply chain response to strategic customer demands - all aspects from tactical execution, supply recovery, driving long term corrective actions Drive change through identification, design and implementation of robust processes/strategies that improve supply chain efficiency Champion cross-functional initiatives by working collaboratively with business/manufacturing counterparts to achieve results Evaluate solutions, plan accordingly, and then execute key business objectives Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects across geographically dispersed team Competancy Required Educated to graduate level, preferably in a business, engineering , quantitative or scientific discipline. Experience with data analysis, combined with ability to design solutions and business processes based on findings Detail oriented, with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas to senior management in simple language Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-up on multiple tasks and details with accuracy and timeliness. Positive attitude, and is a self-motivated and can work independently Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects Strong Excel skills.
