Who we are looking for:
State Street is searching for Officer role to join State Street’s OTC Middle Office team. We expect a quick learner with positive attitude and high responsibility and willing to work under pressure with flexible working hours. Candidates should have 2-4 years’ experience in accounting and team management. It will be preferred if you have relevant experience/knowledge in middle office or Derivative world.
What you will be responsible for:
- Manage and monitor the daily activities and the status of all work done in the team to ensure that OTC daily deliverables are completed completely, timely and accurately and keep KPI in green.
- Provide expertise and guidance to resolve daily problems and client issues
- Lead the team to onboard new business successfully through closely cooperation with multiple counterparties including client, downstream teams, OTC implementation team, etc.
- Work with IT& Innovation Team to identify opportunities to simplify current process and mitigate potential risks so as to achieving saving target in the team
- Responsible for risk management by ensuring staff understands all Standard Operating Procedures, Key Controls, and Client Specific Procedures etc..
- Responsible for related management activities, eg. Performance Plan reviews, hiring, staff development, one-on-one meetings, etc.
- Assist AVP to manage and develop staffs and team

- Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent
- 2-4 years of related financial services experience
- Relevant OTC Derivatives Product Knowledge
- Team/project management experience
