I am working with a business based in the Castle Donington area that are looking to recruit a Operations Finance Business Partner.
Client Details
I am working with a business based in the Castle Donington area that are looking to recruit a Operations Finance Business Partner.
The business are currently working a hybrid approach with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
On the days you do work in the office there is free parking on site with working hours being 8:30am - 5pm with a 4:30pm finish on a Friday.
The business have multiple sites and you will be expected to travel 2/3 times per month.
Description
- Partnering with operations to provide a link between Finance and the operating functions.
- Providing the Financial Controller with a strong insight into the trading performance.
- Driving commercial and financial awareness across the designated Sites and offering financial insight into commercial arrangements.
- Monitoring performance against targets.
- Identifying areas for improvement across the site.
- Collaborating with other Finance Business Partners.
Profile
- Previous experience in a FMCG environment is desired but not essential
- Manufacturing experience
- SAP experience
- Strong background in management accounts / finance business partnering
- Influencing and persuasion skills
