This an exciting new temporary Finance Assistant role, that offers an immediate start with a top specialist Recruitment Company based in the City of London. The role will involve covering the billing, sales ledger and purchase ledger, whilst supervising a junior member of the team.

Client Details

My client is a leading Recruitment company, specialising in the hospitality sector. They are based in the City of London and are offering flexible hybrid working, following introductory week starting at 5 days in the office. They have a fun and dynamic atmosphere and are looking for an experienced finance assistant to support their team.


As the Finance Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Performing monthly payment runs
  • Uploading sales invoices to client portals
  • Investigating customer queries
  • Raising credit notes if required
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Matching PO's
  • Managing supplier queries
  • Chasing clients for outstanding time sheets
  • Closing time sheets
  • Bank posting
  • Performing weekly bank reconciliations


The successful Finance Assistant will have:

  • 4+ years experience in finance
  • Experience with billings and time sheets
  • Experience in Recruitment/professional services (highly desirable)
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience using Sage 50 (highly desirable)
  • Immediately Available

Job Offer
