Qualifications:

• Undergraduate students of 3rd grade preferably from Business Administration & Economics
• Available to work at least 3 days a week is a must for one year
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Job Description:

• Major contributor to support Treasury Department's daily workflow
• Responsible for internal and external communication for bank instruction letters. Completing signatures, faxing and confirmation by phone with banks. Physical archiving of bank instructions
• Daily follow-up for bank statements, completion of the files to be delivered to Treasury for money transfers to dealer accounts
• Daily phone communication management with the financial institutions during the absence of Treasury team members
• Managing the document flow between departments and dealers and complete necessary records
• Preparing excel files for simple records for Accounting department (to be controlled by Treasury team)
