Post description We are looking for Dutch speakers with various level of language (from upper-intermediate to native) who want to utilize their language skills and interact with Clients on a daily basis. Currently in our center in Katowice (Poland) we have a number of positions open in the field of Order Management and also Finance and Accounting. If you would like to kick off your career in a corporate world, this offer could be interesting for you!

General role overview You will be responsible for delivering a high quality customer service to the Client and perform tasks in line with the written procedures. You will have a daily contact with the Client and Vendors via phone or email and also analyze the documentation related to either Order Management or Finance and Accounting. As a part of a team you will be working closely with other team members in order to analyze the root cause of the problems and identify potential process improvements.

Candidate's profile

Good command of Dutch (min. B2) Communicative command of English (min. B1) Demonstrate interest to develop in Order Management or Finance and Accounting field Customer oriented Good interpersonal skills and proactive approach Team work approach Focus on details
