Position purpose

In the role of Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for timely and accurate coordination of the recruitment related processes according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. The person will also interact with the internal Client on a daily basis via phone and email, as well as take care of resolving recruitment related requests and cooperate with other delivery team members. Another key element will be ensuring that all the necessary process documentation is complete and up to date.

Main accountabilities

Maintaining accurate candidate data in the internal applicant tracking system System administration Prescreening of candidates' applications
• Sourcing candidates using tools such as Xing, LinkedIn and online databases
• Supporting Recruiters in their daily tasks

Candidate's profile

Fluent English (C1 level) Availability to work part time 15-20 hours weekly Strong motivation for development in HR/recruitment area Customer focus and excellent communication skills are essential Good organizational skills, attention to details Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach Good organizational skills, attention to details Teamwork approach
