Job description
    Ensures the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service on a daily basis to the Client in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements Responsible for leading, motivating and assigning work in a small team Aims at improving process and motivating staff to do the same Responsible for following control procedures and maintaining operational procedures Is first point of contact for Client
Main accountabilities Responsible for processing more complex transactions and producing outputs in the following areas:

    prepare management reporting ad-hoc reporting prepare financial reporting P&L prepare financial reporting BS prepare financial reporting group GAAP prepare accounting Cashflow reporting prepare consolidation prepare statutory reporting prepare regulatory reporting prepare tax reporting processing more complex transactions and producing outputs in the following areas: maintain Chart of Accounts, Capital Project master data reporting and analysis of master data, perform journal entries, perform fixed asset addition and fixed asset change, perform fixed asset disposal and fixed asset transfer close capital project define cost accounting method prepare cost accounting preparation report cost accounting reporting mentoring the team providing guidance and expertise to the team members
Requirements
    Very good English language skills (level B2 at least) 2-4 years of experience in accounting Good analytical skills Good knowledge of MS Excel and other Ms Office tools Ability to identify a place for improvements Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude Good interpersonal skills and proactive approach Teamwork approach
