My client is looking to hire a mid-senior level Business Analyst for their already existing team. My client is a software Consultancy, which provides highly skilled consultants to support client business needs.
They work within private and public sectors, including banking, government, health care, and renewable energy organisations. They are continuously growing as a business, with new client wins and an internal project ongoing.
They are a small team but they have a real family feel culture which helps give everyone in the team motivation to do better with the help of the team.
My client offers a hybrid mix of office and home working only requesting you attend the office 1-2 times a month.

Experience in working with finance stakeholders to understand what process challenges are- both business and technology-related
Experience in finance data migration
Be able to capture and document requirements in a comprehensive manner and translate these into meaningful requirements- e.g. Epic-Features-User Stories
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
Effective relationship-building, communication, management, collaboration, and team skills
Understanding customers and guiding them to the best solution.
The ability to understand and interpret different functions inside the organisation, so that the Business needs and requirements gathering exercise is completed successfully.
The ability to be able to produce comprehensive Business Need Documentation (BND).
Comfortable with challenging the status quo
Must be proficient in using various business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards
Possess sound knowledge of tools such as Jira, Visio, Tableau, and Power BI to best industry practice
